Christmas delivery & bike collection
Please be aware that for any posted web orders made after 17th December, we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas day.
Also any Bicycle purchases with instore collection will require direct contact with the store staff prior to purchase to confirm if the bicycle is able to be assembled prior to Christmas.

Bulky items may require an additional payment after order is submitted which we will contact customer to complete payment prior to dispatch.
This cost will vary depending on parcel size and destination.
Click 'n' Collect orders
Orders for collection at a Berwick Cycles / Mornington Cycles must be collected within 7 days of the relevant Store giving you notice by telephone or by email that your order is available for collection.
If your order is not collected within this time, the Store has the right to return the item(s) to stock and your payment for the order will be refunded.
If you can’t collect your order in time, please contact the collection store to make arrangements.
Shipping
All online orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Send with tracking and signature confirmation.
Our standard cost of delivery is $11.95, However this may fluctuate with heavy or bulky items ( additional freight charges may be applicable )
Instore pickup of complete bikes is mandatory requirement or a $100 delivery is available for addresses within a 30 min drive from either Mornington or Berwick Store. Outside this radius we will quote freight as per individual circumstances.
Not all Bicycles are able to be shipped / freighted !
Other items may be able to be collected instore however this will need to be arranged prior to ordering
We aim to have your order dispatch as soon as possible, However as we utilize stock from the 2 store locations, an order may be delayed to due logistics involved.
If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery to arrange replacement/refund/exchange
We do not freight/ship Co2 or gas items, lithium batteries and some oil based products.
Some other products may be unable to be shipped due to their large size.
These items are only available for instore purchase.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on any online purchases. Once this period has past we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Warrant product does not fall under these guidelines
Our customers may return full priced products for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price.
Unfortunately, Sale Items can only be exchanged for different size or other product and cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited unless the item is a warranty issue.

Your email must state your intention to return any goods and we will reply with an authorization email and instructions for return.
Any goods received by us, without this process being complete may not be processed!
The following products are unable to be returned
- Perishable goods such as food or magazines,
- gift cards
- products that are of a sanitary nature (such as bib shorts)
- hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (such as lubricant or cleaners).
Also any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All products which are being returned require to comply with the following
- unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition.
- we require that the product tags (still attached) and original packing be present with returned goods
If the Product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued.
Customer will need to arrange for and pay return shipping expenses.
Any warranty products must be returned to Berwick Cycles within 14 days of purchase to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you of the outcome from the return. Should a refund be required a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that refunds can take several days to process thru banking institutions.
